On Chadwick Acres Drive is a waterfront park and dock, as well as an area for launching kayaks and paddleboards. On Marine Drive is a playground, covered gazebo, picnic tables, and soccer and volleyball nets. Just down the street is an outdoor fitness center.

Chadwick Shores is less that 10 minutes from shopping, dining, and North Topsail Beach. It’s also 30 minutes from the Holly Shelter Game Land, 30 minutes from Jacksonville, and less than an hour from Wilmington.
