Seaforth is a quiet single-family home community located at the south end of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
This area has been slowly building outward so construction years range
from the 1950s into the 2000s. Although some of the homes can be several
decades old, they remain in excellent condition and feature many
contemporary upgrades like granite countertops, hardwood floors, and
stainless appliances. And each home has timeless features that were as
in demand in the 50s as they are today like porches and balconies
overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Banks Channel or private docks and
beach accesses.
Seaforth has a wide range of home styles, covering everything
four-story, towering luxury homes to simple, two-story beach cottages.
There’s something for everyone here as each home is custom built, which
gives them character and separates them from other communities on and
off the island. Of course, access to Banks Channel and Wrightsville
Beach really puts Seaforth head and shoulders above the rest.
Located on the south end of Wrightsville Beach, Seaforth residents
are steps away from several public beach accesses. Further up the
island, there’s plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Lagerheads
and Trolly Stop are staples of the area with the majority of businesses
being locally owned and operated.
Across the Wrightsville Beach Bridge, Seaforth residents have access
to even more businesses, including chains not normally found on the
island. The city of Wilmington lies on the other side of the bridge and
has everything from Costco to Buffalo Wild Wings. But that isn’t to say
Wilmington doesn’t have its own vibrant array of locally owned shops and
restaurants. P.T.’s Grille, Indochine, and Fork ‘N’ Cork are just a few
local favorites.
Seaforth offers terrific, custom-built homes in an outstanding
