The Knolls at Turkey Creek is a waterfront community located off Highway 133 and Carver Road in Rocky Point, NC. The community runs parallel to Turkey Creek and features a boat ramp, gazebo, and catch-and-release ponds. It's about 8 minutes from the business center of Rocky Point where many everyday necessities can be procured, including medical services. It's also 20 minutes from Wilmington, where there are additional dining, shopping, healthcare, and entertainment options.

Construction in The Knolls at Turkey Creek began in 2014 with Greenhouse Properties as the lead builder. The homes they've built are primarily 1 story or 1 story with a finished room over the 2-car garage, vinyl siding, open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, trey ceilings, walk-in closets, dual-sink vanities, wood flooring, carpet, and covered rear patios. Larger floor plans include formal dining rooms and kitchen islands. They range from 1,400 to 2,200 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms.

In 2018, Stevens Fine Homes took over a chunk of lots and started building their Coastal Craftsman style homes, which are 1 and 2 stories tall with an attached garage. They created 9 different floor plans that ranged from 1,592 to 3,140 sq.ft. with 3-6 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms. Standard features included laminate wood flooring in the foyer; stain-resistant carpet in the great room, dining room, bonus room, and bedrooms; vinyl flooring in the kitchen, breakfast area, laundry room, and bathrooms; 9' ceilings on the first floor; laminate countertops, 36" upper cabinets, chrome finishes, and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen; and a number of energy saving features that include a high-radiated insulation and a 50 gallon hot water heater. There were also 3 package upgrades that improved upon flooring options, decorative molding, appliance packages, fixture finishes, and countertops. Their home are now completed.
