Saratoga

Saratoga is a brand new community from Hardison Building Company and American Homesmith off NC Hwy 210 in Rocky Point, close to Hampstead, NC. It will be located in the award-winning Topsail School District and will feature 53 homesites, including large estate lots that range from 2 to 5 acres. Development was pushed back due to unforeseen circumstances but is still in progress.

Homes in Saratoga will start in the $600ks and range from 2,446 sq.ft. to 3,196 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5-3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Many of the homes also have covered porches (front and rear), full laundry rooms, and bonus spaces (rec rooms, family rooms, offices, and storage).  Included rooms differ by plan.

Standard home features will include vinyl siding, a 2-car finished (sheetrock) garage, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a fireplace in the great room, vaulted or trey ceilings (per plan), wainscoting in the dining room, solid surface countertops in the kitchen, a pantry (per plan), stained cabinets, soft close drawers, stainless steel appliances, brushed chrome finishes on hardware, tile flooring in the bathrooms, and more. As always, Hardison and American Homesmith are going above and beyond to make sure the new owners will be able to save money on utilities and minimize their carbon footprint. Each home will be energy tested by an independent third party. They are also providing a 10-year structural warranty and 1-year builder warranty.
