Topsail Villas

Topsail Villas is an oceanfront townhome community located off New River Inlet Road in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. It has a private beach access over the dunes, so residents are just steps from sticking their toes in the warm sand and catching a wave in the Atlantic Ocean. The community is also a short walk from the Seaview Fishing Pier and Restaurant. Take a leisurely stroll along the pier, catch a fish, or enjoy a seafood plate for dinner.

Construction of the townhomes in Topsail Villas began in the 1980s. It paused in the 1990s and early 2000s. Then, new construction started again in the 2010s. However, they all have the same basic floor plans with 2-3 bedrooms and 2 baths. They are two stories tall with spiral staircases that lead to the master bedroom on the second floor loft. The newer units have different flooring, cabinets, and finishes, though some of the older units may have been updated since they were built.

Each unit has front and back decks with potential views of the ocean and sound. On the ground floor is a walkway and two storage rooms. Owners have used this covered area for parking, patios, and outdoor showers.

Townhomes in Topsail Villas have been used as vacation rentals. The community's close proximity to area amenities makes it a popular choice. It's just 1 minute to North Topsail Beach Town Park, which features a playground, basketball court, beach volleyball court, and tennis courts. Shopping and additional dining is 9 minutes away in Sneads Ferry.
