Shipwatch Villas is an oceanfront condominium and townhome community in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. Located at the northern tip of the island, residents enjoy tennis courts, a private beach access, and oceanfront swimming pool with sundeck. This community was developed in the 1980s but has been well-kept throughout the years. The condos range from 1,200 to 1,400 square-feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 baths. The townhomes are slightly large at 1,500 square-feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Because each unit is independently owned, interior finishes and features vary, but they all have a similar open to semi-open floor plan with laundry hook-ups and a private balcony off the main living area. The buildings were expertly designed to provide some sort of view for every unit, so residents can step out on their balcony and see the ocean.

Just 11 minutes away is a golf course and library, as well as shopping, and dining at Sneads Ferry. The Seaview Fishing Pier is 4 minutes away and Surf City is 20 minutes down the beach. There are also a few beach restaurants and small shops scattered along the way.
