Seahaven Beach

Seahaven Beach is a sound front, marsh front, and oceanfront community in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. This is your traditional small town beach community with classic beach homes built on pilings. There are properties in this community that have been owned by multiple generations of the same family. That's saying something!

Construction on homes began in the 1960s and continued into the 2000s. For that reason, home styles are diverse. There are cute little cottages under 1,000 square-feet and three-story homes over 2,400 square-feet. Then, there's everything in between. But what makes this community really great is that you don't have to be right on the ocean to have ocean views. There are properties that are technically second row but have unobstructed views of the water, because they only thing between them and the ocean is Topsail Road.

Homes on the other side of the community are privy to beautiful views of the sound, marsh, and Intracoastal Waterway. A few have private docks and piers for small boats. All can access the beach via one of the nearby public accesses that are within walking distance.

There are multiple dining options within a 6 minute drive from Seahaven Beach. There are even more, plus shopping venues, a short 9 minute drive over the bridge into Sneads Ferry. Also a short drive away is the North Topsail Beach Town Park, which features a playground, basketball court, beach volleyball court, and tennis courts.
