Ocean Ridge Village is a luxury beach home community in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina. Many of the homes are oceanfront with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, and their designs reflect that. Large windows and open floor plans provide unobstructed views from multiple rooms throughout each home. Exterior decks and private balconies are the perfect spots to take in the salty sea air and gorgeous blue water. It's breathtaking!

The exteriors of the homes are Cape Cod-inspired and the interior details are unequivocally some of the best in North Topsail Beach.
