Ocean Club Village

Ocean Club Village is an oceanfront and sound front community off New River Inlet Road in North Topsail Beach, NC. About half of the homes have direct beach access or private docks with Intracoastal Waterway access. All of the properties have water views. That's why many feature luxury homes.

Houses in Ocean Club Village are custom built with open floor plans, high ceilings and beautiful finishes. They're constructed on pilings with 2-3 stories of living space, some devoting the entire third floor to the master suite (imagine the views!). At the center of the community is the North Topsail Beach Town Park, which features a playground, basketball court, beach volleyball court, and tennis courts. Oceanfront dining is 4 minutes away and the bridge to Sneads Ferry is right around the corner, so shopping, dining, and the North Shore Country Club and Golf Course are just 6 minutes away.
