Ocean City

Ocean City is a community just steps from the sand and Atlantic in North Topsail Beach, NC. Part of the community is located on the oceanfront. Another section is not directly on the beach but separated from it by Ocean Drive. The properties here still have gorgeous ocean views. Those further inland might not be oceanfront, but are still a short walk from the beach. Additionally, there are waterfront dining options and shopping 8-10 minutes away, and even more options just 15 minutes away at Gateway Plaza Shopping Center on Roland Avenue/Hwy 50. This is a great location to be in.

This is your traditional small town beach community. Homes here were constructed primarily during the 1970s and 1980s; however, some newer homes were added in the 2000s. The older homes are mainly classic beach cottages with traditional layouts. Some have been updated to reflect more of an open concept. The newer homes are the tri-story floor plans more often seen in newer beach communities. They have multiple decks and balconies to take advantage of the gorgeous views. All of the homes are built on pilings with storage and carports or garages underneath.
