Galleon Bay

Galleon Bay is a boating community located on the Intracoastal Waterway in North Topsail Beach, NC. This unique community has multiple canals running through it, so most of the homes have private docks and deep water access with the open ocean a 10 minute boat ride away. The beach is located right across the street and there are no buildings obstructing the views, so some properties have views of the Intracoastal and ocean. While the community does not technically have direct access to the beach, there is a public access right on the other side of New River Inlet Road.

Construction of homes in Galleon Bay began in the 1970s and has continued into recent years. As a result, there are a variety of homes styles and floor plans, including cozy beach cottages and modern luxury homes. All are built on pilings with carports or garages on the ground floor, as well as multiple decks for enjoying the views. Some also have private boat ramps and outdoor showers.
