Summerlin Trace is an affordable home community located off Mt. Misery Road in Leland, North Carolina. A quiet community of only 33 homes, Summerlin Trace is a peaceful neighborhood. Arden Road represents the only entrance and exit to the community. Homes line the road and extend to the back of the community, which ends in a pair of cul-de-sac. Building started in 2008 and continued until every lot was taken in 2016. The homes are in a traditional style with vinyl siding and a wood frame built upon a concrete slab. Summerlin Trace homes generally come in similar sizes, starting around 1,250 square feet and extending to 1,450. Small floor plan variations account for the difference in square footage. All homes have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Few other developments surround Summerlin Trace, so there's plenty of peace and quiet. Trees line the streets of the community, and each home backs up to a wooded area. The community doesn't feature any flashy amenities but instead offers quality homes in a well-kept community. Summerlin Trace's low homeowners' association dues provide for the maintenance and upkeep of the community's common areas.
Summerlin Trace is situated well in Leland. Though we recommend confirming before buying, residents are currently districted to Lincoln Elementary, Leland Middle, and North Brunswick High School, which are all less than 10 minutes away from the community. In addition to excellent schools, Leland has steadily grown in recent years as new businesses open, bringing more shopping, dining, and attraction options. Across the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, residents can find downtown Wilmington, which features many local restaurants, shops, and businesses of its own. Wrightsville Beach is located another fifteen minutes down the road and is a popular destination for residents.
