Summer Bay Villas

Summer Bay Villas is an established townhome community with around 100 units built by H&H Homes and Caviness & Cates. It is located off W. Gate Drive in Leland, NC, near The Arbors at Westgate and a 4-minute drive (or 15-minute walk) to Aldi.

Townhomes that were built by H&H Homes have 3 layouts that range from 1,800 to 1,900 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms (two have first-floor masters), 2.5 bathrooms, a 1-car garage, and an outdoor seating area (patio, covered patio, or covered porch). End units have side entrances, rather than front entrances and some townhomes have optional features that were added during construction.

Caviness & Cates townhomes come in two layouts that are 1,980 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One has a second-floor master suite and a large open great room perfect for entertaining. The other has more of a shotgun layout with a great room and master suite at the back of the first floor, allowing the second floor to have a loft and home office (in addition to the guest bedrooms).
