Savannah Branch

Savannah Branch is a brand new community in development across from Brunswick Forest on U.S. Highway 17 in Leland, NC. This tract of land is located behind the proposed 17-acre commercial development The Shoppes At Savannah Branch, which is expected to include a grocery store and multiple retail tenants.

The first phase of Savannah Branch will cover 80 acres, 22 of which would be open space, and include over 100 homesites. The average lot size will be around .20 acres.
