Mill Creek Landing

Mill Creek Landing is a water access community located off Village Road in Leland, North Carolina. Started in 2008, Mill Creek Landing has been slowly expanding ever since then, so resale and new construction homes are both available. Homes start around 1,100 square feet and reach as high as 2,000. Most homes have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, but there are some exceptions that have three baths. The style varies from traditional to ranch and patio homes. Most homes are single-level, but there are also multi-level homes as well. Many of the recent constructions are built on waterfront or water view property, and their style reflects it. Built on pilings, the homes are reminiscent of beach or lake houses. Green space and water features are part of the landscape of the community and are maintained by the homeowners' association. Cypress Cove Park is located near the back of the community and is exclusively for Mill Creek Landing residents and their guests. The park is consists of a canoe/kayak launch, floating dock, fixed deck overlook with a handicap-accessible fishing area, and outdoor classroom. In addition, the park provides access to 27 acres of wetland located behind and near Mill Creek Landing.

Leland has seen tremendous growth in recent years as new communities are constructed and businesses follow. The area features tons of shopping and dining options, as well as local attractions like the several other Brunswick County parks. Downtown Wilmington sits just over the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge and has its own long list of local businesses for residents to explore.
