Lanvale Forest is an established neighborhood off Lanvale Road in Leland, NC. Construction of homes began in 2007 with Southern Home Builders as the primary builder. In 2015, McKee Homes joined the building team, spurring new sales in the community. Both builders have a good reputation and provide a quality product for buyers that will last for many years to come.
