Village at Folkstone is a moderately-sized single-family home community off Folkstone Road in Holly Ridge, NC. Construction on homes in the community began in 2011 with Savvy Homes and has seen a few different builders. Thankfully, this means the community has a variety of home styles and finishes.
Homes in Village at Folkstone range from 1,200 sq.ft. to 3,600 sq.ft. with 3-6 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Both Traditional and open concept homes exist in the community. While there are one-story builds, most of the homes are at least two stories tall. Many of the homes have 2-car garages, but there are some with 3 spaces. Exteriors include front-facing and courtyard garages, as well as stone accents and Craftsman, European, and Southern Coastal details.
This is a good neighborhood to look in if you are on the search for a home with a large back yard. Lots range from .3 acres to 1.87 acres, and most yards are fenced. There are also plenty of in-ground swimming pools.

Village at Folkstone is a convenient 14-minute drive to North Topsail Beach. It’s also 24 minutes from the back gate of Camp Lejeune. Grocery shopping and dining is just 10 minutes away.
