Village at Folkstone is a moderately-sized single-family home community off Folkstone Road in Holly Ridge, NC. Construction on homes in the community began in 2011 with Savvy Homes and has seen a few different builders. Thankfully, this means the community has a variety of home styles and finishes.

Homes in Village at Folkstone range from 1,200 sq.ft. to 3,600 sq.ft. with 3-6 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Both Traditional and open concept homes exist in the community.
