Topsail Bluff at Loggerhead Bay is a waterfront single-family home community off Tar Landing Road in Holly Ridge, NC. It has about 90 properties. A dock and boat ramp provide residents access to the Intracoastal Waterway via Turkey Creek. The community also has nature trails and is just 10 minutes from North Topsail Beach.

Homes in Topsail Bluff are custom and semi-custom. They sit on lots starting at half-an-acre and range from 1,900 to 2,700 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-4 baths.
