Sage's Ridge is a small community off U.S. Hwy 17 in Holly Ridge, NC. This is a very convenient location. It's just minutes from dining, shopping, and healthcare. The beach at Surf City is 10 minutes away and the back gate of Camp Lejeune is less than 25. 

Construction of homes in Sage's Ridge began in 2006 with Ottaway Associates. They range from 1,100 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 1- to 2-car garages. The average lot size is .21 acres.

While homes here are primarily 1 story, there are a few 2-story houses. Open concept floor plans are standard, but there are a few transitional and traditional floor plans mixed in, offering more separation between the main areas of the home. Almost all of the homes have a fenced back yard with a deck or patio.
