Redd's Cove

Redd's Cove is a water access community off Hardison Road in Holly Ridge, NC. The community features a boat ramp on Beathea Street and some of the properties are waterfront.

Active development of Redd's Cove started in 2012, but there are a few older homes. Current homes range from 1,600 sq.ft. to 3,400 sq.ft. with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-4 bathrooms. Most of the homes have 2-car garages.

Homes in Redd's Cove have been built by a variety of builders, but there are some common features. These include front porches, formal dining room, home offices, kitchens with breakfast nooks, living rooms with fireplaces, and large master suites with trey ceilings. There's a mix of open concept and traditional floor plans, and bonus rooms appear frequently.
