Kings Harbor

Kings Harbor is a water access community located off Hardison Road in Holly Ridge, NC. The community features a boat ramp at the end of Kings Harbor Drive, and some of the homes are on waterfront lots or have water views.

Campe Lejeune is a 26 minute drive (back gate) and Marine Corp Air Station New River is 27 minutes away. The ocean at Surf City and North Topsail Beach is just 15-17 minutes. Onslow Beach, a restricted area for service members, is also just 33 minutes away.

Construction of homes in Kings Harbor began in the early 2000s and have continued into recent years. Lots start around half-an-acre and homes range from 1,200 sq.ft. to 3,600 sq.ft. with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Many of the homes are custom and semi-custom built with a variety of builders, so you'll not see cookie-cutter homes here.
