Emerald Cove

Emerald Cove is a small community located off Tar Landing Road in Holly Ridge, NC. It's 25 minutes from Camp Lejeune and Marine Corp Air Station New River, and 11 minutes from North Topsail Beach.

Construction on homes in Emerald Cove began in 2007. Lots range from half-an-acre to well over 1 acre. Homes range from 1,565 sq.ft. to 2,246 sq.ft. with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Open floor plans, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplaces, wood flooring, and front porches are common features. The community does not currently have a homeowners' association.
