The Arbors is a lake community of Highway 210 in Hampstead, NC. This is a great location, because it’s a 3-minute drive (10-minute walk) to shopping and dining, and just 10 minutes to the beach at Surf City. The community shares amenities with The Terraces. They include a swimming pool, a lake featuring a kayak/canoe launch, and an outdoor picnic and grilling area.

Construction on homes in The Arbors began in 2015 and the community has hosted multiple builders, including Windsor Homes, H&H Homes, A. Sydes Construction, and American Homesmith. Homes range from 1,600 sq.ft. to 3,100 sq.ft. with 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Both open and transitional floor plans exist, so if you prefer rooms a little closed off for privacy and acoustic reasons, there may be an option in The Arbors.

In true Southern fashion, covered porches appear frequently and pair well with the sidewalks that wind throughout the community. At the rear of the homes, you may find a deck, patio, or even a screened porch. The lots average ¼ of an acre, so there’s plenty of room for outdoor living spaces.

For home buyers who enjoy the finer details, The Arbors is a good place to house hunt.
