Salters Haven is a 68-acre water access community off Factory Road in Hampstead, NC. This community from Logan Homes, the developer of Wilmington’s popular Helms Port, is Hampstead’s premier waterfront community with quality construction and amenities that enhance the coastal boating lifestyle.

The community starts close to US-17 and stretches to the Intracoastal Waterway. It feature a 75-slip marina and 308 single-family homesites, including 13 homesites positioned around the marina, 9 on the waterway, and 11 on a channel connected to the marina. In addition to the marina, homeowners on the channel are able to build their own boat lifts.
