Harbour Village Marina is a waterfront luxury home community with a marina in Hampstead, North Carolina. Centered around the Harbour Village Marina, this community is a boater’s paradise. Homeowners have direct access to the large marina, which includes 25-to-60-foot boat slips, accommodating a wide range of boat sizes from small fishing boats to large luxury yachts. The Habour Village Marina also has gasoline and diesel fuel for sale, a lounge, and restrooms. All gasoline sold is ethanol-free, which helps prevent engine degradation especially in boats with older motors.

Homes in Harbour Village are luxury properties, featuring majestic views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean. However, there’s a diversity of home sizes and styles in the community. All homes are custom built, so they each have their own character they bring to the community. Homes start around 2,000 square feet and stretch to 5,000 square feet for the largest ones. Prices can vary considerably but start in the $500s and reach nearly one million for the most expensive properties.

Located along the Intracoastal Waterway, Harbour Village has a plethora of opportunities for attractions and activities. Those with slips in the marina have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean as well via Banks Channel. Those without slips can enter the Intracoastal through the nearby public ramp and access. Additionally, Topsail Island is only a fifteen-minute drive from the community. Formed from the three beach towns of Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach, the island is a great option for lots of beach fun. Whether it be relaxing on the sand, jumping in the water, or perusing the shops and restaurants, Harbour Village residents can always find something to do.
