Exton Park townhomes make much of their smaller space. Some townhomes are touted as a cheap alternative to a single-family home. In spite of this, Exton Park townhomes don’t skimp on features and amenities. The upgraded townhomes include stainless appliances and hardwood or laminate flooring in the living areas. The centrally located community pool serves as a meeting ground for many, but Exton Park’s small community prevents it from becoming overcrowded.
Residents receive easy living as they barely have to lift a finger when it comes to maintenance. Homeowners’ association dues encompass almost everything that is required. The HOA maintains and manages all common areas including the pool and clubhouse. For each townhome, exterior and grounds maintenance, master insurance, a termite bond, pest control, and trash removal are covered. As the community is beyond the city limits, residents don’t have to pay city taxes, but this also means the city doesn’t collect residents’ trash. As such, the HOA handles trash removal.
Situated near PPD and GE, Exton Park allows residents to easily travel into the surrounding cities without having to live in the midst of its busyness. The nearby city of Castle Hayne continues to develop into a bigger town while still retaining its simple living. As part of the development plan, the county reevaluates its plans every four years. The reevaluation gives Exton Park residents peace of mind about the future of their area. Located to the south of Exton Park, Wilmington and the surrounding beach towns are an excellent place for a day trip or short vacation.
