Cabana De Mar is a gated, oceanfront condo complex in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, and one of the most sought after locations there. Cabana De Mar’s combination of privacy, amenities, and location is hard to come by when it comes to beachfront property. First, Cabana De Mar offers residents a community pool that is only steps from the beach. A kiddie pool is also adjacent to the community pool for younger swimmers. A private beach access runs along the back of Cabana De Mar and also attaches to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Best of all, each resident receives a space in the covered parking deck on the lowest level of the building. Rain can really ruin your beach plans, but it makes it a little better when you don’t have to walk through it.
