Palmetto Creek is an established gated community located off Hwy 211 in Bolivia, NC. It features a clubhouse, outdoor pavilion, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, playground, putting and chipping green, and lighted tennis courts. It also offers 6 miles of walking/biking trails, kayaking in the channel lake, and catch-and-release fishing lakes.

Construction on homes in Palmetto Creek began in 2005 and include both single-family houses and townhomes. Their exteriors are primarily brick with vinyl or composition siding accents. They range from 1,400 sq.ft. to 3,600 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-5 bathrooms. Lots start at .16 acres, but can go up to over half an acre.
