Yaupon Dunes is a second-row condo community on Ocean Drive on Oak Island, NC. Residents enjoy a swimming pool and hot tub at the center of the complex, as well as a private beach access with a gazebo and outdoor shower. Across the street are oceanfront dining options and the Yaupon Beach Fishing Pier.

The condos in Yaupon Dunes were built in the early 2000s. Many of them have ocean views and covered decks – perfect for enjoying gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. This location can’t be beat! Each condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings, granite countertops, a pantry, and hop-up counter for extra dining space. While these may be beach condos, the builders did not shortchange residents on the living spaces. Many of the master suites have jetted tubs, separate walk-in showers, and double-sink vanities. Storage is also not a challenge. In addition to closets, each unit has a first-floor storage room.

Condos in Yaupon Dunes range from 900 sq.ft. to 1,400 sq.ft. with 2-3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The buildings have elevators and off-street parking, as well as quality construction that includes a metal roof and soundproofing. Short term rentals are also allowed, which can help with ownership costs.
