Yaupon Beach

Yaupon Beach is a long-established community located steps from the Oak Island Pier on Oak Island, NC. Originally, this pier was called Yaupon Pier, as Yaupon Beach was the original town in this area.

Homes in Yaupon Beach date as far back as the 1950s and continue to be built into recent years. There are around 720 properties in this community and no homeowner's association, so there is a large variety of styles, from small cottages to multi-story luxury homes. They range from 600 sq.ft. to 5,200 sq.ft. with 2-9 bedrooms and 1-7 bathrooms. Over half of the properties do not have garages, but many of those have covered parking.

Yaupon Beach is in a great location. The Oak Island Golf Club is its neighbor and Country Club Drive leads right over the bridge and back onto the mainland. E. Oak Island Drive runs right through the middle of the community, conveniently providing residents a quick access to shopping and dining on the island.
