Dutchman Creek Villas is a gated waterfront condo community on E Yacht Drive on Oak Island, NC. This small community features a marina in a protected cove on the Intracoastal Waterway, two swimming pools (one on a private island in the Intracoastal Waterway), a clubhouse, private boardwalk, kayak launch, fish cleaning station, and storage lot. It’s also right next to the NE 55th St Municipal Boat Ramp, 5 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from the island golf course.

The condos in Dutchman Creek Villas were built in the 1980s and range from 800 sq.ft. to 900 sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
