Leland, Belville
The towns of Leland and Belville are technically separate from each other, but they share the same zip code and for the average person, it's hard to see where one begins and the other ends. Belville was incorporated in 1977 and Leland followed in 1989, but Leland is the largest and fastest growing of the pair. There are over 6,000 households in the two towns, and new construction of both residential and commercial properties continues at a rapid pace. In recent years, Belville has taken advantage of it's location and started developing more of the riverfront for use by area residents.
