Located in the Masonboro Loop Area of Wilmington, North Carolina, is the family oriented community of Crosswinds. It contains about 250 homes, many of which were built in the 1990’s, and range from 2000-3000 square-feet with 3-5 bedrooms. There is a mix of single and two-story homes, many featuring a two car attached garage. Just down the road is Trails End Park, a New Hanover County public boat ramp, which also happens to be right across the water from Masonboro Island, an undeveloped barrier island that is a popular destination for local boaters.
