Brynn Marr is a large residential neighborhood located off Western Boulevard in Jacksonville, less than 5 minutes from Onslow Memorial Hospital, shopping, and dining. It's also 11 minutes to the main gate of Camp Lejeune and 15 minutes from Marine Corps Air Station New River. It sits beside Northeast Creek Park, which has a splash pad, disc golf course, and 2 boat launches.
Construction of single-family homes in Brynn Marr began in the 1960s with brick ranches and 2-story homes. In the 1980's, home styles expanded and became more varied, including the addition of some townhomes. Construction continued throughout the following decades into the early-2000s. There is no homeowners' association (HOA) in the single-family home section, but the townhomes due have an HOA to help with common area maintenance and insurance.
