Acorn Hollow is a residential townhome neighborhood located off Gum Branch Road next to the Jacksonville Onslow Chamber of Commerce and Jacksonville Christian Academy in Jacksonville, NC. It is located about 8 minutes from Coastal Carolina Community College and 15 minutes from the Marine Corps Air Station New River and the main gate of Camp Lejeune. It is also just minutes from shopping, dining, and Jacksonville High School.
The townhomes in Acorn Hollow were built in the early 2000s and feature one and two-story elevations with off-road parking, vinyl siding, and covered front porches. The interiors have open floor plans with eat-in kitchens. Some have fireplaces in the living room. Originally built with vinyl flooring and carpet, some of the units have since been updated with luxury vinyl plank flooring. At the rear of each unit is a private back yard with a patio.
Acorn Hollow does not have a homeowners' association (HOA) at this time.
