Just down the street from New Hanover Regional Medical Center on S. 17th Street is Jumpin Run, a charming brick townhome community that will challenge what you expect from townhome communities throughout Wilmington, NC. A large fountain and brick curbs reveal the extra time and thought put into the design of this community. Each unit has a brick mailbox, 1-car garage, and gated courtyard entrance, but once you step inside one of the units, you’ll see there’s tons of character.
High vaulted ceilings, built-in shelving, chair rail molding, arched windows, and granite countertops are just some of the details you may find in a townhome in Jumpin Run.
