RiverLights has a new builder and new townhomes on the horizon. With a growing demand for low-maintenance, lower-cost living, it only makes sense that Newland Communities would expand on its townhome offerings at RiverLights, especially after the popularity of its original Marina Village listings. Newland Communities has added Laurel Homes to its roster of builders for RiverLights. Laurel Homes has over 25 years of residential construction experience. They will be building Southern Gale Townhomes, a new section inspired by Wilmington’s rich boat-building history (and located in close proximity to Boat Builder Park), which will boast 4 new townhome floor plans suitable for multiple lifestyles.
Townhome packages will begin in the $200,000s and range from 1,455 to 1,782 square-feet. They will have 2-4 bedrooms and include both one-story living floor plans and two story living floor plans. Customization options are available for each layout during the presale/prebuild period, including granite features, cabinet colors, and wall paint.
The townhomes will be located near community amenities and the HOA fees will include lawn care, exterior maintenance, and the master insurance (including wind and hail).
