While Calabash isn't oceanfront, the Calabash River does run through the town. There are also multiple communities with lakes and waterfront properties.
For residents who want to enjoy some time at the beach, Sunset Beach is just 5 miles away and Ocean Isle Beach is a 10-minute drive. For more entertainment and dining options, North Myrtle Beach is 20 minutes away.
