Greenbriar is an established community located between South College Road and Masonboro Loop Road in Wilmington, North Carolina. The community features quality constructions built between the late 1970s and 2000s with a variety of floorplans and styles. All homes sit on half-acre lots and range from 1,500 to 3,300 square feet with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 4 baths. Most homes are brick, but other exteriors are also available. True to its name, Greenbriar has a ton a greenery. Almost all homes back up to forested areas or are separated from their backdoor neighbors by trees.
Greenbriar technically doesn't have a homeowners' association and therefore any associated amenities. However, an unofficial HOA does exist to keep the community in shipshape and foster a closeness among neighbors. A small yearly fee is associated with the unofficial HOA, which goes to landscaping and maintenance of common areas and the community sign. The yearly fee is not enforceable but encouraged to assist in the regular upkeep of the community. The unofficial HOA also brings together neighbors who could use one another's help. A section of the website is dedicated to services provided by residents ranging from landscaping and babysitting to tutoring and accounting. It also serves to notify everyone in the community efficiently and effectively of events and important issues.
While the welcoming atmosphere of Greenbriar draws in residents, its location also begs them to go out. Located near Monkey Junction and some of Wilmington's best attractions, there is no shortage of things for residents to do. Monkey Junction features a ton of restaurants and shops, both local and chains. Residents also have a direct shot to the center of Wilmington via College Road, which has its own collection of businesses. And, of course, residents can enjoy any of the area's three beaches, which are all roughly equidistant from Greenbriar.
Greenbriar is a terrific community in an excellent location with well-crafted homes and neighbors that care about one another. If you would like more information about Greenbriar or any of the other communities in the area, contact the Cameron Team today for more information.
