Ashton Place is a small community off Old Fayetteville Road in Leland, NC. It’s located in area that’s convenient to shopping and dining on Village Road, as well as Ocean Highway. It’s also just 15 minutes to Downtown Wilmington and 35 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.

There are around 100 homes in Ashton Place that were built in the 2000s and 2010s. They range from 1,200 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. Most of the homes are one story and have 2-car garages. Lots range from .11 acres to .30 acres and many properties have fenced back yards.
