Waterford Place

Waterford Place is an established community in the Myrtle Grove area of Wilmington, NC. The main entrance is on Masonboro Loop Road, just 6 minutes from the public boat ramp at Trails End Park. It's also 3 minutes from the shopping and dining at Monkey Junction, and 14 minutes from the heart of Carolina Beach.

Homes in Waterford Place were primarily built during the 1970s; however, there are homes that were built in the 1990s and 2000s. Ranches are the most common style, especially among the properties developed in the 1970s, and lots average a quarter acre (or a rood, if you prefer Old English). Homes range from 1,056 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. with 2-5 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. About half of the homes have garages and exterior storage buildings are common.
