Chadwick Shores is a gated waterfront community off Chadwick Acres in Sneads Ferry, NC. The community sits partly on a peninsula that extends into Chadwick Bay. On Chadwick Acres Drive is a waterfront park and dock, as well as an area for launching kayaks and paddleboards. On Marine Drive is a playground, covered gazebo, picnic tables, and soccer and volleyball nets. Just down the street is an outdoor fitness center.

The residents of Chadwick Shores take pride in the diversity of their neighborhood. There are a variety of home styles, including Colonial, Southern, and Charleston Style. Chadwick Shores is less that 10 minutes from shopping, dining, and North Topsail Beach. It’s also 30 minutes from the Holly Shelter Game Land, 30 minutes from Jacksonville, and less than an hour from Wilmington.
