The single-family patio homes are located at the back and range from 1,300 sq.ft. to 2,300 sq.ft. with 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 baths, and 2-car garages. Each home maintains a high level of privacy with front courtyards and fenced in patios. Interiors are in various stages of updating, but high ceilings in the living room, skylights, fireplaces, and sunrooms are common features.
