Pine Ridge Townhomes is a small community on Pine Hollow Drive, just off Wilmington Highway in Holly Ridge, NC. It features 1-story triplexes with open floor plans and a little over 1,000 sq.ft. of living space, plus a 1-car garage and attic space for storage. At the rear of each unit is a yard space with a cement patio. Some have privacy fencing.

The basic interiors of each townhome have vinyl flooring in the “wet” areas (bathrooms and eat-in kitchen) and carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Each owner’s suite has a walk-in closet and both bathrooms have a fiberglass tub/shower combo. However, some owners have made upgrades since the townhomes were built in the 2010s. So, buyers may see LVP flooring and refinished kitchen cabinets.
