The Landing at Folkstone is a single-family home and townhome community off Folkstone Road in Holly Ridge, NC. It's a convenient drive to Sneads Ferry and the back gate of Camp Lejeune, which is 20 minutes away. It's also less than 15 minutes to North Topsail Beach and Surf City on Topsail Island.

Construction on the townhomes in The Landing at Folkstone began in 2012 and continued into the 2020s. Some of the townhomes are grouped in 4 and 6-unit buildings, but many are 2-unit buildings, which are favored by buyers because fewer shared walls means more privacy. They range from 1,160 sq.ft. to 1,650 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms, and a 1-car garage. Each unit has an open floor plan, covered patio, and fenced back yard. 

Single-family homes were added from 2013-2015. They range from 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,600 sq.ft. with 3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. The floor plans are transitional with semi-open kitchen and dining areas. Some of the floor plans are also split-bedroom, affording the owner's suite additional privacy by placing it on the opposite side of the home from the other bedrooms. All of the homes have patios and most have fenced back yards.
