Ocean Walk is a condo community between SE 57th Street and SE 58th Street on Oak Island, NC. Residents enjoy the convenience of a community swimming pool and being within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cold treats, shopping, and grocery stores. It’s also 20 minutes from Historic Southport and less than an hour from even more entertainment and shopping options in Wilmington.

The condos in Ocean Walk were built in the early 2000s and include elevators, outdoor showers, and covered parking. They range from 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,600 sq.ft. with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. The units are open concept with a full-sized kitchen with a hop-up counter, combined dining and living room, and ensuite bathrooms. Each condo has a covered deck, many of which provide beautiful views of the beach and ocean.
