Hearthstone

Hearthstone is an established neighborhood of lovely brick homes off Lanvale Road in Leland, NC. Residents enjoy a community pool, picnic area, and sidewalks. It's located  minutes from the shopping and dining off Ocean Highway/Hwy 17. It’s also just 11 minutes from historic downtown Wilmington, making it a popular neighborhood for buyers who work in the area or enjoy the entertainment and business options.

Construction on homes in Hearthstone began in 2008 but really ramped up in 2012 with Trusst Builder Group and was most recently supplemented by Kirk Pigford Homes. Exterior finishes include brick with composition and stone accents. Attached front loading and courtyard garages with concrete driveways provide parking. Covered porches, patios, and screened porches are the most common outdoor living features.

While there are exceptions, most of the lots range from .15 acres to .4 acres. Irrigation systems are relatively common, as well as professional landscaping. About half the homes have fenced back yards for additional privacy.

Due to the timeline of construction in Hearthstone, there are a variety of interior details that vary by home. These include 9ft+ ceilings, crown molding, wainscoting, coffered and trey ceilings, wood or laminate flooring, quartz or granite countertops, 42” cabinets, subway tile backsplashes, built-ins and accent lighting, gas fireplaces, drop zones, frameless showers, walk-in closets, and more! Over the years, the quality and craftsmanship in these homes has been upheld, making it a very attractive community.
