Middle Point is an established community located off Middle Sound Loop Road in Wilmington, NC. It’s convenient to Publix, Mayfaire Town Center, The Forum, Landfall Center, Wrightsville Beach, marinas, and much more. It’s also just 1 mile from Ogden Elementary School.
Homes in Middle Point were built in the late 1990s and early 2000s. They range from 1,800 sq.ft. to 3.400 sq.ft. with 3 to 6 bedrooms, 2 to 5 bathrooms, and 2-car garages. Lots range from 1/3 an acre to over 1 acre, which is one reason why this community remains popular among buyers.
