NOFO Lofts

In Development! NOFO Lofts is a new townhome complex planned for N. Fourth Street in the Brooklyn Arts District of Wilmington, NC. The building will have ground-floor retail, second-floor residences, and a rooftop deck for residents. The style of the building will be industrial to reflect the hip, artsy personality of the Brooklyn Arts District community. Each unit will have 20-f00t ceilings with lots of open space, glass, and steel, and floor plans will be customizable to the needs of the buyer. Residents will be located within walking distance to the Goat & Compass, Brooklyn Cafe, The Foxes Boxes, The Red Eye Bakery, and Edward Teach Brewing, as well as Brooklyn Arts Center, which plays host to concerts, expos, festivals, and other events throughout the year.
